Ingredients
- 1 serving brown rice and/or quinoa (use your favorite type or a microwavable pouch for a shortcut)
- 1 cooked salmon filet
- 7 oz. package Revol Greens Sesame Ginger Fusion Salad Kit
Instructions
- Prepare rice according to package instructions. Place rice into bowl and top with flaked salmon.
- Add greens to the bowls and drizzle everything with tangy ginger carrot vinaigrette.
- Top with wonton strips and sliced almonds and serve immediately.
