Lemon Hummus
Ingredients
- 1 (15-ounce) can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
 - ¼ cup tahini
 - ¼ cup water
 - 1 lemon, juiced
 - 1 garlic clove
 - 1 + ⅛ teaspoons salt, divided
 - ½ teaspoon cumin
 
Instructions
- Blend everything in a food processor until smooth!
 
Mediterranean Plant-Based Sandwich
Ingredients
- Fresh Hummus
 - Roasted red peppers
 - English cucumbers
 - Tomatoes
 - Red onion
 - Kalamata olives

 - Ciabatta Roll
