Our baby leaf blends and salad kits are ready to eat, right out of the package.  Our Head Lettuce products are often packaged with the root still intact and require a rinse at home before you enjoy!  Please reference the packaging of each product before enjoying!

We are committed to the following organic growing methods and each of our facilities are recertified annually.  In fact, 100% of our products are grown without the use of pesticides!  The majority of our products are organic and we are working hard on certification for the rest of our product lineup.  Please reference our product labels and look out for the USDA Organic icon!

Yes, all Revol Greens products are grown in controlled environments, so we do not use pesticides or herbicides.

We currently have four greenhouse locations:

The nutritional content for each Salad Kit is listed on the back label of the container.  Baby leaf blends and head lettuces are harvested and packed with no additional processing step, so nutritional information on the package is not required and can be found on the FDA website for vegetables:   FDA Nutrition Guidance

Each of our packages is marked with an expiration date. One of the benefits of producing closer to you is that our greens typically have longer shelf life because they spend less time in transit.

Yes, all Revol Greens products are Non-GMO.

All Revol Greens tubs are made with 30% less plastic than traditional salad clamshells and are recyclable. To recycle, remove top lidding film and recycle the tub.

All of our lettuce and greens are growing inside greenhouses which provide protect environments that greatly reduce the amount of inputs needed to grow and limit risk from the outside contaminants and variability. Please visit Our Process page to learn more.
