OUR PROCESS

Featured Recipe

Indulge in the mouthwatering flavors of our Greek Turkey Burgers, using fresh Revol Greens^® Organic Butter Leaf lettuce as the bun. A healthy and delicious choice you won’t be able to resist!

Mix together 1lb of ground turkey with 1/3 cup of Mediterranean olives, feta cheese, 2 garlic cloves finely chopped & a little sea salt and pepper.
Form 3 patties, place them on a parchment paper-lined cutting board and layer another piece of parchment paper on top of the patties, flatten the patties with the back of a spatula.
Cook the patties in a cast-iron skillet.
To plate, smear labneh on the patty, add a thick slice of tomato and wrap everything up in Revol Greens® Butter Leaf Lettuce.
